Device and location access: Since some of our devices operate on the wireless mesh technology, we will need to access your device’s mesh connection to allow our products to communicate with your device(s). Note that we will also require your location to process where the components of our Product are installed and how to control them.

We may record your data through different sources such as our Services or any third-party software, service(s), or device(s). You understand that in some cases, our Services require to interact with one or more integrated third-party software, service(s), and/or hardware device(s) to operate properly. To make that possible, the above-mentioned may like to capture or utilize your data submissions or the Data from the Device during their interaction with our Services.

There are a variety of reasons why we would like to record your information and how can we use it. Some of them are listed as follows:

Right to Object or Modify

If your personal data is processed by us based on legitimate interests. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and If the objection is directed against the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, you have a general right of objection without the requirement to indicate a special situation.

Requests to access, change, or remove your information will be handled within sixty (60) days. Upon receipt of a request from one of our Customers for us to remove the data, we will respond to their request within sixty (60) days. We will retain personal information that we store and process on behalf of our Customers for as long as needed to provide the Services to our Customers. We will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you are a Customer or otherwise provide us with personal information in connection with your use of our Website, application, or Services, we will delete this information upon your request, provided that, notwithstanding such request, this information may be retained for as long as you maintain an account for our Services, or as needed to provide you with our Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

The responsibility of the authenticity and security of your account credentials lies with you.
Your account password is encrypted, and we do not save your password.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to/from the User Submissions and Data from Device due to your failure to comply with the Terms of Use .

We do not retain the rights of any consequences of the third-party software, service, or hardware device interaction with your user submissions or Data from Device.
